Today I went with my mom to a TaeKwon-Do tournament hosted by my old TKD school in Lier. But instead of taking pictures of sweaty people battling, I soon got preoccupied by taking pictures of this little lady:

Little miss, are you implying that I
talk too much, or something?

Alba - the daughter of two of my instuctors from the TaeKwon-Do school in Oslo.

She is a proud big sister

And loves her momma

Cutie pie!

Finally, the package I sent before leaving Japan had arrived. It felt almost like Christmas!

But then I remembered I had only stuffed it with boring books. Gah

Ironically enough I now have all of my Japanese dictionaries and grammar books - a month before I'm finished with my Japanese studies. Oh, well.

Busy Bees

Yesterday I took the lense I bought in Akihabara for a walk.

I haven't had a chance to use it since I got back from Japan. But running around in the streets, playing paparrazi in Norway just isn't the same. People are just too ordinary compared to freaky Japanese people.

But THEN, I suddenly spotted Lara Croft marching down the street.

Oh, wait. It was just Anette.

Today, we, lo and behold, gathered to study.

Mornin' Momma

Today I met up with my mom before I had to go to work. We wanted to go to Rice Bowl and have lunch, but because it was too early, it wasn't open yet. So we went to another Thai joint nearby. And it sucked and doesn't deserve further mention.

We also went to Vigeland's Park - a park full of naked people that my momma used to take me to all the time when I was a kid.

Look! Spring!

unless they are wearing helmets

Suddenly I got a hunch that someone (with pink nailpolish) was tired of me taking photos of random kids:

And when my momma realized she'd gotten my attention, she quickly turned around and grabbed..

.. her hair brush, before she went at it like crazy.

Ready, momma?

No, wait

There ya go.
