Barbeque & Carcasses

Yesterday I went to Anette's house for a barbeque.

She fed us traditional Norwegian fenalår, leg of lamb which she'd salted and dried herself.


What do you think about fenalår, Heidi?

No, it's actually pretty good.

And very Norwegian.
